1. Service Terms
These Terms of Service govern the transportation, trailer rental, roll-off container, recycling, and hauling services provided by RT1 Services LLC. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Service availability, scheduling, equipment, and container sizes are subject to confirmation and may vary by location and demand. We will provide a project-specific quote prior to performing work.
2. Quotes & Scheduling
Quotes are provided based on the information you supply and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Changes to scope, location, weight, materials, or timing may affect pricing.
We make every effort to meet scheduled windows. Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, site access, or other factors outside our control.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.
Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, additional trips, or wait time. Any such charges will be communicated where possible before they are incurred.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your quote or agreement. Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or trips that cannot be completed due to site conditions, may be subject to a fee.
If you need to change a scheduled service, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe, legal, and accessible locations for equipment, trailers, and containers, and for ensuring placement complies with applicable rules and property permissions.
Customers must not place prohibited, hazardous, or restricted materials in containers or trailers. You are responsible for the contents you load and for any resulting fees, fines, or damages.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RT1 Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for damage to surfaces, driveways, or property resulting from agreed placement locations, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This section is provided as placeholder language and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
